Booking Terms

At That Vegan Hairdresser, your appointments are very valuable to us. We have scheduled this time just for you, to visit our wonderful team. We understand that life is busy, so balancing your schedule means sometimes adjustments need to be made! As such, we respectfully request that a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided for cancellations.


Confirmation Reminders:

We send a reminder email 1 week before your appointment, you can confirm your appointment via this email. A reminder text message will be sent 2 days before your appointment with an option to confirm, you must confirm or alternatively reschedule your appointment when you receive this text message. If no response is received, you will be called by a member of our team. If we cannot confirm your appointment time with you, that will be treated as forfeiting your appointment and fees are applicable.


Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation of any appointment within 48 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the appointment scheduled. Appointments made within this window, require a minimum of 4 hours notice to avoid the cancellation fee. If you do not attend your appointment without prior contact made, you will incur a 50% no show fee.


Online Booking:

We require a 20% booking fee redeemable on your service for all online bookings, which can be paid via credit card, PayPal, over the phone or via bank transfer. Please contact us if you are having trouble making a payment. All booking fees must be paid within 60 minutes of making the booking to secure your spot.
