Impact to shipping delays

Can I still order online for Mother’s Day?

Yes, as per Australia Post’s advise all deliveries for Mother’s Day must be placed on or before Tuesday, May 5 to arrive by May 10.

Express Post parcels will arrive for Mother’s Day if the order is placed by Wednesday, May 6.

What is That Vegan Hairdresser doing in salon to support its staff members and clients during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak?

That Vegan Hairdresser is supporting its staff members and clients by ensuring all salon staff have received hygiene information and have been directed to follow this advice.

We are continuing to monitor government health recommendations and requirements and have reviewed and updated operational procedures where required to ensure our salon can continue to operate at the highest standards in this unprecedented environment. Specifically, we are:

  • Monitoring the situation daily and making sure the business is fully prepared to react to any suspected and/or confirmed cases 
  • Disinfecting the salon before, during and after all client services and ensuring there are hand washing stations for clients and staff throughout the salon.
  • Ensuring we meet the government’s requirements of 1.5m between all clients and staff where possible and no more than 8 people in the salon at one time.

What happens if there is a COVID-19 case in the salon?

If one of our team members is confirmed with COVID-19, we will let you know immediately. In this instance we will close the store and follow the most recent Government / WHO protocols, until we are given approval to reopen by the Department of Health.

Can I still pay for my purchase with cash in salon?

With the health and safety of our team and customers our number one priority, we encourage customers to use the contactless payment options available, including card, Afterpay and gift cards. However you are still welcome to pay cash.

Will the supply of product online or in salon be impacted?

We are working with all supply partners to ensure we keep our shelves stocked with our regular haircare items. Supply of De Lorenzo Haircare is unaffected. Arctic Fox Hair Color and Olaplex are in high demand so stock is limited, please contact us to receive restock dates.

Can I still order my hair needs online?

Our online store and delivery service are still available to anyone unable to shop in salon.
