Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
100% yes! Every product we use and sell is cruelty-free and vegan. We only source products from vegan companies and will never, ever use anything tested on animals.
What is the difference between cruelty-free and vegan products?
Cruelty Free products are essentially products that have not been tested on animals themselves, nor have any of the ingredients. Shockingly, these products can still contain animal derived ingredients. Vegan products are completely free of animal derived ingredients and are never tested on animals, so you can be sure there was no suffering in the process of creating our beauty and haircare products.
Can I buy any of your products in store?
We have a retail store and salon where you can test, browse and buy all of the products you can find online! We also offer in-store pickup at checkout if you wish to pay for your order online. Our retail premises is located at 129 Princes Way, Drouin, Victoria, Australia.
What are your payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Afterpay! If you choose in-store pickup, you can pay cash when you pick up your items.
What is your returns policy?
New and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of shipping for a full refund less shipping and handling costs, unless the return is the result of an error or defective item.
Should you simply change your mind, you can return your unopened product within 7 days and we will exchange it for another product of equal value, or give you a credit equal to the original purchase value of the returned product.
If you are unsatisfied with your products for any reason, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and why. We will endeavor to respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
What are the shipping and handling rates?
We currently only ship within Australia, with shipping rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination location. Prices start from $8AUD. Orders can be placed online and picked up in-store free of charge. Orders over $100AUD will automatically receive free regular shipping.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship within Australia so we don't offer international shipping. From another country? Let us know by filling out the contact us form and we will look at shipping to your country in the future. For custom orders over $150, shipping and handling rates can be calculated for overseas customers. Please contact us for more information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We know you want your goodies as fast as possible, so we aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days. You should usually expect to receive your parcel within 7 days of parcel pickup. All of our packages are shipped from our retail location in Drouin,Victoria.
