Salon Policies
At That Vegan Hairdresser, your appointments are important to us, and we've set aside this time exclusively for you. We understand that life can be busy and adjustments may be needed from time to time. To accommodate everyone, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or modifications to your services.
Confirmation Reminders
To help keep you on track, we send out a reminder email 1 week before your appointment, with a link to confirm your booking. 3 days before your appointment, you’ll receive a reminder text with the option to confirm or reschedule. Confirmation is required upon receiving the text. If we are unable to confirm your appointment with you, this will be considered a forfeited appointment, and applicable fees will apply.
Booking Reservation Policy
For all clients, both new and returning, we request a reservation fee of either $100 or 50% of the scheduled service when booking. This fee will be credited towards your appointment on the day or carried forward for future bookings. If you reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, the fee will be transferable to your next appointment. However, if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, the reservation fee will be retained as a cancellation fee. If no reservation fee has been paid, an invoice for 50% of the scheduled appointment will be issued and must be settled before any future bookings can be made.
Modifications to Services
If you’d like to change the service you originally booked, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. For example, if you booked a full head of foils and a haircut but decide to only have the haircut, please notify us 48 hours in advance. Failing to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reduced service.
Early and Late Arrivals
We encourage guests to arrive 10 minutes early to unwind with a complimentary drink from our menu. If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, we suggest exploring the charming shops nearby until it's time to begin your service. This ensures a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your appointment based on the remaining time or reschedule it. In this case, a rescheduling fee may apply. Thank you for understanding as we work to stay on schedule for all clients.
